I thoroughly enjoyed the DW Reunion last night! I love all the DW ladies, but I've always identified more with Julia Sugarbaker. When I shopped for my mother-of-the-groom wedding dress, I chose to look for a two-piece fitted evening suit a la 'Julia.' I found one in the first shop I entered...that was in Oct. 1991, at the height of DW fame.
Best wishes to all the ladies and to Meshach Taylor, and all the guest stars they had over the years. I never missed an episode, even if I had to record it. I especially love the one when they and their boyfriends go to the ski lodge, are snowed-in, and get mad at one another....then the Charlie Pride song that brings them back in one another's arms at the end! I also read Dixie's book and enjoyed it very much.
I wish continued success to all the DW ladies and Mr. Taylor...so very talented. Beverly W. Gibbons

I'm so looking forward to the reunion show. My favorite episode is when Mary Jo contemplates buying the fake boobs. I laugh until I cry. I will always watch the reruns. They are better then anything else on today.

I'm about to be 22 years old, and I've been watching Designing Women since it first aired in 1986. This show will forever hold a peice of my heart. These characters have touched my heart throughout the years as I laughed an cried with them. There aren't very many shows I can say that about these days.

I'm a native of Mobile, AL and I never missed a single episode of Designing Women--yes, even the episodes after Jean Smart (with her convincingly realistic southern accent, not bad for a native of Washington state!) and Delta Burke left the series. I'm now a naval officer and have lived in Japan for the past four years. I welcome any episodes on DVD! Excellent web site!

You do not know how long I have waited for the DVD collection though I will only purchase the original cast DVDs. Once Delta Burke left the show, I stopped watching. She by far is my favorite...Suzanne Sugarbaker is sassy, smart, and classy all rolled into one.

I am 15, but will be 16 in September...I have always wanted to be an actress and Dixie Carter has been my role model for a long time and will continue to be my role model...She is gorgeous and is classy with a touch of spice and sexiness to her...I love the show and thought the menapause shows with Julia were hysterical...can't wait to see the reunion and if I get my big break hopefully I'll beable to co-star in something with Ms. Carter. P.S. I thought Jean Smart was great in Bringing Down the House, and I think Hal Holbrook is adorable.
